Children and young people
The primary international pathway is for children and young people with CP, developmental or neurological conditions.
Use International & Export when pediatric equipment will be delivered and used outside Pakistan. SafetyAid & Co. reviews the child’s needs and customization requirements before RehabMart confirms whether sourcing, manufacturing and export fulfilment are feasible.
This route supports children with cerebral palsy, developmental, neurological or neuromuscular conditions and complex seating, standing, gait or daily-positioning needs.
The equipment destination determines the route—not the submitter’s location, residence, nationality or current country.
A person in Pakistan may submit an enquiry for equipment that will be delivered overseas.
An overseas family member, caregiver or professional arranging equipment delivery in Pakistan should use Pakistan Support.
The destination determines the route. The submitter may be located in Pakistan or another country.
International & Export support may be used by families, caregivers, professionals, clinics, schools, NGOs and appropriate organisations seeking specialist CP or neurological assistive technology.
The primary international pathway is for children and young people with CP, developmental or neurological conditions.
Selected complex neurological adult cases may also be reviewed when the requirement falls within seating, standing or gait support.
SafetyAid focuses on seating and positioning, standing and weight bearing, and gait or walking mobility—not general homecare or accessibility supply.
Families, caregivers, professionals and appropriate organisations may prepare an international enquiry.

Complete the public assessment and review the information locally in your browser.
Copy the draft, then contact SafetyAid through the approved channel and share only the information you choose to send.
Nothing is automatically submitted at this stage. Once RehabMart accepts the enquiry into the controlled workflow, one SA Case Reference is used for SafetyAid review, quotation, export fulfilment and follow-up.
After the information is shared, SafetyAid reviews the functional needs, destination and available information.
Measurements, photographs, videos or professional observations may be requested where appropriate.
Product type, customization, size, weight, packaging, destination requirements and available local support are considered.
Specifications, pricing, packaging, shipping, documentation and payment requirements are confirmed in writing.
Production or sourcing begins only after the agreed scope and required payment stage are confirmed. Dispatch and remote setup guidance are arranged where applicable.
Remote review supports preliminary equipment direction but cannot confirm every postural, gait, fitting or environmental factor.
Review may depend on accurate and recent measurements, photographs, videos and local caregiver or professional participation.
Remote review does not replace an in-person clinical assessment where one is needed and does not guarantee final fit or suitability.
Measurements do not need to be available at the first enquiry.
If measurements are requested, state the unit, measurement date and who recorded each value.
Do not attempt unsupported standing, forced positioning, unsafe transfers or any measurement that may cause pain, instability or risk.
Share photographs or videos only when requested, with appropriate consent, and through an approved contact channel.
Measurements and media support review but do not guarantee sizing, configuration or suitability.
Standard, adapted, custom and knock-down options may be considered, but export feasibility depends on the equipment and destination.
Product size and weight, packaging requirements and carrier restrictions are considered.
Destination standards or regulations and electrical compatibility may affect supply.
Assembly or installation requirements and replacement-part access are reviewed.
Available local caregiver, professional or technical support may affect feasibility.
The export scope must be confirmed in writing before payment, sourcing or production begins.
International quotations may use USD or another currency agreed in writing.
Completing the public assessment does not create a quotation, order or production instruction.
The written quotation should identify whether the following are included:
Customs duties, taxes, import permits, clearance and other importer or recipient responsibilities vary by destination and remain subject to carrier and customs requirements.
Applicable responsibilities must be confirmed before payment.
International delivery does not automatically include in-person fitting, assembly, installation or local service.
Remote setup or video guidance may be available where appropriate, and local caregiver or professional assistance may be required.
SafetyAid provides equipment-focused review and customization guidance. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and remote guidance does not replace local clinical care.
