Information We Collect
The public assessment first prepares a draft locally in the user’s browser. It is not automatically submitted to or collected by SafetyAid. If a user deliberately shares information through an approved channel, SafetyAid may receive relevant contact, functional, environmental, safety and measurement details. Photographs, video or other sensitive information should be shared only when specifically requested and necessary.
How We Use Information
Deliberately shared information may be used to decide whether a review can be accepted, understand the functional pathway, communicate with the user and, after acceptance, support assessment, quotation, configuration, fulfilment and follow-up. Sharing information does not itself create a case, case ID, recommendation, quotation or order.
WhatsApp Communication
WhatsApp is an optional approved contact channel, not a secure clinical record or emergency service. Users should share only necessary information after reviewing WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. Do not send photographs, video or sensitive case details unless SafetyAid has requested them for an accepted review.
Assessment and Suitability
Website guidance is informational and is not a medical diagnosis. Product suitability depends on evaluation, measurements, user condition, caregiver support, home environment, and safe fitting.
Data Storage
Public assessment tools use the current browser to prepare a local draft. The device user is responsible for access to that device and should clear or protect local data where appropriate. SafetyAid receives the intake details only when the user deliberately selects Submit to SafetyAid or shares them through another approved channel.
Confidentiality
SafetyAid & Co. aims to use shared information only for assessment, guidance, configuration, order preparation, delivery, fitting, and follow-up related to the requested support.
